About TCRG

Sam Wales, mediator and founder of The Conflict Resolution Group, with nearly thirty years experience in corporate communications, entertainment, film and television, recognized how conflict negatively impacted business and interpersonal relationships. Exploring the dynamics of conflict, it was clear that most disputes stemmed from a lack of understanding, misconceptions and ineffective communication. When disputes appeared to be at an impasse, Sam recognized the mediation process opened the door to agreeable resolutions.
The mission of The Conflict Resolution Group is to help clients resolve conflicts. By using the various steps in the mediation process and facilitated by a skilled unbiased mediator, parties reveal their concerns, interests, goals and options in confidence. The mediator creates a safe and respectful environment for all those involved. Conflicts and disputes that seemed insurmountable, are most often resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
The CRG also offers workshops for corporations and groups interested in learning the skills necessary to resolve conflicts. The sessions are informative and interactive.
